Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being support service for children and young people available free at the point of use when commissioned in their area.

As an early intervention solution, Kooth helps to reduce waiting times for young people seeking help while removing the stigma associated with accessing mental health support.

Young people can log into Kooth and access the following:

- Counselling

- Peer-to-peer moderated forums

- Articles

Commissioned in Cornwall since 2012, XenZone has delivered early intervention online and face-to-face support through Kooth, the mental health and emotional well-being platform for children and young people.

Following a successful 18-month long pilot, XenZone was commissioned to provide online counselling for the children and young people of Lincolnshire. Today, XenZone’s Kooth service continues to play a key role in Lincolnshire’s offer to provide support for children and young people’s mental health.
